Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Gracelynn Jane Boutique!! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. 

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. This means no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

How to Return

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a polymailer (shipping bag) or box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. If purchased on the app, the credit will go back to your App account!

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopgracelynnjane@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

*Please note: Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
